Colour therapy takes many forms and has many applications, from simple colour cards and glasses to specially designed colour schemes in police cells to aid interrogation!  Phototherapy (light therapy) can also be highly effective at providing medical and cosmetic treatments, a well as treating SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), using different parts of the visible light spectrum.
